Choclate cake with green tea cream

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. In venenatis blandit augue, in lobortis nulla scelerisque id. Aliquam et mauris massa, id laoreet lacus. Sed bibendum est sed eros tempus eu euismod turpis adipiscing.
Ingredients:
- eggs - 3
- sugar - 50 grams
- wheat flour - 40 grams
- potato starch - 20 grams
- cocoa powder - 20 grams
- dark chocolate - 40 grams
- baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Instructions:
- Break eggs, divide whites from yolks.
- Whip whites, till they change into firm foam.
- Add sugar, bit by bit, keep whipping.
- Add yolks, one by one, continue to whip.
- Melt dark chocolate in microwave oven.
- When it cools down, add to eggs mixture.
- In separate bowl, sift flours, add cocoa powder and baking powder, mix well.
- Add flour to eggs mixture, bit by bit, mixing gently.
- Transfer dough to baking tray.
- Bake in preheated oven in 180 C degrees, about 20 minutes.
